Fellowes Plain Estate MCL is pleased to announce a new partnership with Vortex Grounds Maintenance, beginning on 1st April 2022.

As a best practice, FPE Directors and Norwich Residential Management (NRM) reviewed and updated the technical specification for grounds maintenance in early 2022 and invited competitive tenders, and included the existing contractor.

FPE Directors have approved the appointment of Vortex following a process of due diligence, assessing value, skills, machinery and references.

FPE Directors and NRM look forward to building a strong business relationship with Vortex, which includes a 6 month review.
