Access around The Plain is limited to Emergency Access only, as the wooden bollards around the perimeter are locked as per the agreement of the Management Company (FPE) Directors.

For removal vehicles, no access will be granted, and residents are advised to inform their removal company of the restriction to plan their operations accordingly.

However, in case of a fire or other emergency situation that requires immediate access, the Emergency Services have keys to unlock the bollards.
